You as a scientist

Today a worksheet was handed about you as a scientist. Your drawings of yourself are due to me on Friday. Don't forget to turn in the worksheet with your drawings - you want to make sure you receive credit for both your drawing and the worksheet.

Welcome to team 806

Welcome to Lyons Creek Middle School and team 806. My name is Mrs. Dubrow and I will be your 8th grade science teacher. We have an exciting year planned for us so let's get ready to learn.

In my class make sure you remember your A, B, C's.
A - Arrive on time
B - Be Prepared
C - Come to learn
If you remember these three things you will be a successful student.

In case you did not pick up a supply list during the 8th grade walk through, here are the recommended supplies:
- A 5 subject notebook (preferably with a durable cover, like the Five Star ones)
- 2 sharpened #2 pencils
- 1 package of construction paper (this will be left in the classroom and shared)
- colored pencils
- highlighter
- Blue or black pen

Also, to contribute to the class in general it would be greatly appreciated if anyone can donate
- a ream of computer paper
- tissues
- hand sanitizer

If you have any questions you can always reach me via email

rachael.dubrow@browardschools.com (make sure you check your spelling)

I'm looking forward to a wonderful year.
